The open seat: Closer
Nine families use it, all reached through Marisol. No clinic or pharmacy has seen it. The open seat is a Closer who can get a clinic desk or a pharmacy counter to hand it to caregivers. Marisol holds the Insider seat, reserved, and tells the crew what a caregiver does at six in the morning.
The Insider seat is Reserved for Marisol Reyes, who sent this as a Signal. Marisol has the same Orbit as everyone, with the same three endings.
- Goal for 30 days in Orbit
- 6 clinics or pharmacies handing it to caregivers
- Time it needs from you
- 8–12 hours a week
- A typical first week
- Call the nine families in testing and ask where they first heard of a tool like this. Walk into three pharmacies near them with Marisol and ask each counter to hand out a card with the Dosebook number.
The patch for this Orbit
The patch is stamped on day 30 with the real number. The goal to beat: 6 clinics or pharmacies handing it to caregivers.
Every seat is a residency. How residency works
The split at Landing
Landing is the day the company forms. Standard build. Reminders by SMS, a shared list and refill tracking that families rely on every morning. Built and in testing, not yet in front of a clinic.
- The crew: 45%
- Insider: 22.5%
- Closer: 22.5%
- Pool for later hires: 10%
Marisol Reyes also holds a 1% spark share for the idea. It comes out of the pool.
From the crew
“Marisol sent us the problem and the crew built the version that works. The reminder logic took a weekend. Knowing why a grandmother skips the blue pill is outside our training.”
