The crew
Shiyu(he/him)
Jack of all Prompts
The crew is one person today: Shiyu. He builds every product here, one person and a lot of prompts. He writes the code, runs the servers and stays on as the technical team after the company forms. He is paid in equity and nothing else: no fee, no salary, no markup.
He flies at most 3 Orbits at a time. Quietroom is in Orbit now, so 2 slots are free. Every company owns its code, its infrastructure and a written runbook from day one, so any engineer can pick it up if Shiyu is out.

What he does
Builds the product
Every build listed here, from the first screen to the one that works offline in a walk-in fridge.
Runs the servers
Hosting, data and monitoring. The crew pays for infrastructure until the company has revenue.
Stays on
After Landing he is the company’s technical team, on the same vesting clock as everyone else.
In Orbit now
Booking for shared therapy rooms.
Day 12 of 30 · Seats filled: Closer, Community
Open builds he built
How he works with residents
Starts when seats fill
An open build starts Orbit when all its seats fill and a slot is free. The first builds to fill their seats start first.
Weekly check-in
Once a week, per Orbit, he sits down with the residents on the build. Progress, blockers, what ships next.
Breakages in order
Anything that blocks a pilot is fixed within 48 hours. The rest waits for the next check-in.
Never takes a human seat
The crew does the technical half. All eight human seats, from Creator to Insider, stay with people.
He is on the same vesting clock and the same bar as every resident. How equity sticks
Landed
Landed means the company has formed. 3 companies have landed, and each one started as a build like the ones listed here.
Pantry Pilot
Donor intake and stock allocation for community food pantries.
10 pantries on paid pilots by day 26 of the first Orbit, then Landing.
“Ten pantries signed up for a pilot by day 26. All I had to do was ask. The product already worked.”
